Refund Policy — Sycortex

At Sycortex, we aim to deliver exceptional, custom digital services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and the process to request them.
1. General Policy
Because Sycortex provides custom development, design, and tailored digital services, refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in your Service Agreement. To request a refund you must submit your request in writing to support@sycortex.com within 7 days of project completion or final deliverable submission.
2. Eligible Refunds
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following circumstances:
- Non-Delivery. If Sycortex fails to deliver the agreed-upon project or service by the deadline specified in the Service Agreement (and no mutually approved extension is in place), you may request a partial or full refund.
- Defective or Incomplete Work. If the final deliverable is materially different from what was agreed, Sycortex will review the case and determine whether a partial or full refund is appropriate.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You change your mind after the project has started.
- Required materials, content, or feedback were not provided by you, causing delays or incomplete work.
- The project is canceled after significant work or time has been invested.
- Delays or issues are caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, or client-side technical limitations.
4. Refund Request Process
- Email your refund request to
support@sycortex.com with: project name, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation.
- Sycortex will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Deposits & Advance Payments
All initial deposits, booking fees, and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has started, except where Sycortex fails to meet its obligations as described in Section 2 (Eligible Refunds).
