At Sycortex, we aim to deliver exceptional, custom digital services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and the process to request them.
Because Sycortex provides custom development, design, and tailored digital services, refunds are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in your Service Agreement. To request a refund you must submit your request in writing to support@sycortex.com within 7 days of project completion or final deliverable submission.
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
support@sycortex.com with: project name, reason for refund, and any supporting documentation.All initial deposits, booking fees, and milestone payments are non-refundable once work has started, except where Sycortex fails to meet its obligations as described in Section 2 (Eligible Refunds).
