2. Services
Sycortex provides custom digital services, including design, development, and consulting. The exact scope of work, pricing, project timeline, and deliverables will be defined in a separate written contract, invoice, or proposal (“Service Agreement”).
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information and required content.
- Supply necessary materials (text, images, credentials, etc.) on time.
- Confirm that any provided materials are legally owned or licensed.
Sycortex is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late client inputs.
4. Payment Terms
- All fees and payment schedules will be outlined in your Service Agreement.
- Invoices must be paid within the specified due date.
- Late payments may result in delays, service suspension, or fees.
- Final deliverables are released only after full payment.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
- After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for the final deliverables.
- Sycortex retains ownership of all source files, drafts, and internal tools unless otherwise agreed.
- Unused design concepts remain the property of Sycortex.
6. Revisions
- Included revisions are defined in the Service Agreement.
- Extra revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges.
- You agree to provide timely feedback for approvals.
7. Cancellations and Termination
- Either party may cancel a project with written notice.
- If you cancel, payment is required for all completed work up to that date.
- Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Sycortex may terminate services for non-payment or breach of Terms.
8. Liability Limitation
- Sycortex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
- Sycortex is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms or hosting.
9. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Some projects may involve third-party APIs, plugins, themes, hosting, or software. Sycortex is not responsible for:
- Third‑party failures, outages, or restrictions
- Software updates affecting functionality
- Licensing fees required for premium tools
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive project details. Sycortex may showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed.
11. Governing Law
